The Confidence Through Acting – “Power of Presence” Class brought together 8 women in Sunriver for a small, supportive experience focused on movement, presence, and confidence. Led by Anna Artemenko, the session helped participants step outside of routine, release tension, and connect with others.
Women described the space as safe, grounding, and unexpectedly powerful—even among strangers.
This event is part of BeUMom’s mission to create simple, accessible ways for women to reconnect, reduce stress, and feel supported in everyday life.
